Return Policy

Everything we sell is 100% guaranteed!

We accept returns for any and all reasons during the the first 30 days after your order is shipped (excluding cable cuts and custom assemblies). We do ask that you contact us via email for an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the box.

When requesting an RMA number, please be as detailed as possible and include your name, order number and the reason you are returning the item. This will allow us to issue you a special tracking number called an RMA. Using this number we will be able to track your request and credit you appropriately.

Once you receive your RMA number, you will need to write it clearly on the outside of the package before sending it to us.
If the product is damaged due to improper packaging during the return, you will not receive full credit.

MAKES NO WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR LACK OF INFRINGEMENT. THE ONLY WARRANTIES AVAILABLE TO BUYER SHALL BE THOSE MADE BY THE MANUFACTURER. WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH WARRANTY CLAIMS AT YOUR REQUEST.
