-Shipping-
We ship most orders via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by a UPS online shopping cart plug-in. We do not add any handling or any other charges.
The on-site shipping calculator does not support ship weights of over 150lbs. If the products that you have ordered have a combined weight of over 150lbs, we will contact you with a shipping cost.

-Payment Terms-
Our standard method of accepting payment is by one of the following credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card.
We will set up certain types of accounts on NET 30 billing, including but not limited to:
Schools - Erate Spin number 143032992
Hospitals
Federal and State Government Agencies - Cage code 5AE38
Other types of entities are decided on a case by case basis
If you require NET30 billing for your order, please let us know your requirements to set us up as a vendor. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

-Return Policy-
Everything we sell is 100% guaranteed!

We accept returns for any and all reasons during the the first 30 days after your order is shipped. We do ask that you contact us via email for an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the box.
When requesting an RMA number, please be as detailed as possible and include your name, order number and the reason you are returning the item. This will allow us to issue you a special tracking number called an RMA. Using this number we will be able to track your request and credit your charge card appropriately.
Once you receive your RMA number, you will need to write it clearly on the outside of the package before sending it to us. If the product is damaged due to improper packaging during the return, you will not receive full credit.
