AFL 24 Strand Singlemode Indoor/Outdoor Plenum Fiber Optic Cable - Black (Per Foot)
Item#: AF-KQ0244792801
Description
UTILITY
This 24-strand fiber optic cable is specified for campus network cabling. Indoor/outdoor plenum singlemode cable is for buildings where inter-building lengths are short enough that fiber installers will recognize savings from the lower cost of terminating tight-buffered cables. It can also be used in plenum HVAC spaces, as the cable is OFNR-listed with flame protection to meet various building codes.
AFL OS2 9/125 Plenum Fiber Cable offers lightning-fast data, voice and video transfers for mid-size broadband networks over long distances, such as business parks, small colleges and branch networks. For outdoor applications, this premise cable is manufactured with an outer jacket that incorporates a UV stabilizer for protection against exposure to the sun, plus an anti-fungus protection for use in underground applications. Water-blocking technology in the jacket and in each fiber sub-unit prevents moisture from infiltrating the cable. It is safe for use at temperatures from 0 to 70 degrees Celsius (32 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit).
