Shipping Policy



Turnaround:
Cable & Wireless Technologies, Inc. ships most orders within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (Pacific) if the item is 'In Stock'. You may check stock by looking directly below the Item #. If the item says "In Stock", we have inventory available in Anaheim, CA ready for immediate shipping. Back ordered items, items that do not say "In Stock", special order items, and custom cables may take longer. Orders placed after 2pm Pacific Time, or on Saturday/Sunday will be processed the following business day. Some orders may ship directly from the manufacturers warehouse.

Our standard method of shipping for most orders is FedEx/UPS Ground. Unless stated otherwise, all shipments are F.O.B. origin. You can select your carrier of choice during checkout (use the drop down menu to switch carriers).

Order Tracking:
We will provide you with a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Tracking information for dropship orders may be delayed 1-3 business days. You can track your order by clicking the tracking number in the email or simply entering the tracking number into the Google search bar.

Shipping Rates:
We do not charge any handling fees. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size/weight of your products, your location and the shipping method you select. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. You can also estimate shipping from the shopping cart by entering your zip code and clicking the 'Submit' button.
Large orders that require Freight Truck shipping may require additional fees for residential address, call before delivery, or liftgate delivery.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $200:
Free shipping applies to delivery within the United States on orders over $200. Free shipping does not apply on items over 35lbs, or if the subtotal of the items is over 35lbs. Valid on standard U.S. ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Back Orders:
Although we do our best to keep items in stock, we occasionally may not have an item ready for immediate shipment. If any part of your order is back ordered, you will be notified by phone or email with the expected delivery date. For any orders needing immediate shipment, it is recommended you call us at (888) 797-3697 or email us at [email protected] to verify stock.

International Orders:
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Cable & Wireless Technologies, Inc., the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in complications not covered by Cable & Wireless Technologies, Inc. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
