We accept returns for any reason during the first 30 days after your order is shipped (excluding cable cuts and custom assemblies). We do ask that you contact us via email for an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number. Please, write the RMA number on the outside of the return packaging.
When requesting an RMA number, please be as detailed as possible and include your name, order number, and the reason you are returning the item. These details will help us issue an RMA number. Using the RMA this number, we will be able to track your request and credit you appropriately.
Once you receive your RMA number, you will need to write it clearly on the outside of the package before sending it to us. If the product is damaged due to improper packaging during the return, you will not receive full credit. You are responsible for return shipping.
Our return policy may vary on special order, custom made, or custom cut items. Any item with a serial number may have a different return policy depending on the manufacturer's warranty policies. Please call us for special returns needs at (888) 797-3697.
Refund Processing Time:
Returned items will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 2-4 business days after we receive your return.
